Your tasks
- You process all areas of financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, banks, cash).
- You take care of the open item accounting and the dunning process.
- You will assist with all administrative tasks, e.g. travel expense reports, credit card statements.
- You create payment runs and monitor electronic payment transactions.
- You support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, the preparation of tax returns and statistics, as well as with master data maintenance and increasing the efficiency of accounting processes.
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
- You have initial professional experience in the described area of responsibility, ideally from a medium-sized company with an international corporate environment.
- You are well-versed in the use of MS Office and ERP systems.
- You communicate very well in German and have a good command of English.
- You have a quick apprehension and work responsibly, purposefully and result-oriented.
- You are characterized by good teamwork skills.
