Application/ Technical Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the fulfillment of a defined technical task at existing and potential customers in the defined territory
• Demonstrate Allied Vision and SVS products incl. testing of applications/problems at customers' production sites to provide solutions for these applications
• Capture competitive data and continuously update other project details in the CRM system
• Support at trade fairs and other marketing events to generate qualified leads
• Generating leads for Allied Vision and SVS products from customer application information
• Collaborate with the sales manager and participate in the development and optimization of sales strategies

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electronics, automation technology or computer science
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience with technical machine vision products
• Experience with electronic image processing, including CCD/CMOS sensor technology, cameras, optics and lighting knowledge is a plus
• Familiar with embedded Linux systems as well as machine vision tools such as Cognex, OpenCV
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and excellent organizational skills
