Your tasks

  • Understanding & translating: You are the central point of contact for all departments relating to our business applications (including ERP and CRM). You understand the business processes, speak the language of the users, and translate requirements into meaningful system solutions.
  • Analyzing & Consulting: Together with the departments, you analyze problems, pain points, and new requirements. You act as a sparring partner on an equal footing and develop pragmatic, technically sound solution scenarios.
  • Implementation & customization: You will independently implement the jointly developed solutions in the system – largely internally within the scope of the standard customization options of our applications. Programming is not required, but technical understanding is.
  • Project management & introduction of new systems: You will manage and support projects of all sizes – from minor optimizations to the selection and introduction of new business applications. You will manage internal and, if necessary, external stakeholders, keep an eye on the project goals, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Operation, changes & support: You will be responsible for changes to existing systems, take care of system maintenance and support, and not shy away from support requests or problem tickets. You will get to the root of problems, find sustainable solutions, and document them in a way that is understandable for users and colleagues.

  • You are close to the users, can take requirements, critically question, analyze, and structure them—and, if necessary, limit them sensibly or convert them into realistic, clean solutions.
