Order Processing Administrator (m/f/d) - SVS-Vistek

Your tasks

• Commercial checking and processing of customer orders
• Creation of order confirmations, invoices and credit notes
• Control of the order processing procedure
• Data entry in the merchandise management system
• Close cross-departmental cooperation with sales, production and logistics

Your profile

• A completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, industrial clerk or similar
• Professional experience in order processing
• Experience with a merchandise management system
• Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills fit in MS Office
• responsible, reliable and structured way of working
• the right mix of team spirit, initiative and prudence
• Strong customer and service orientation, a confident manner and communication skills round off your profile
