Your tasks

  • Ensuring timely monthly payroll accounting, taking into account all legal, collective bargaining and internal requirements
  • Contact person for payroll, wage tax and social security issues
  • Reporting and certification as well as correspondence with health insurance funds, social security institutions and authorities
  • Preparation and development of standardized HR reports, forecasts, ad hoc analyses and HR key figures
  • Preparation of and involvement in annual personnel cost planning
  • Preparation and reconciliation of relevant data with accounting (e.g. salary postings, provisions)
  • Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and coordination of external audits (e.g. by tax authorities or social security institutions)

Your profile

  • Completed apprenticeship, ideally with further training in payroll accounting
  • Ideally professional experience in a comparable position
  • Confident handling of MS Office and DATEV accounting software
  • Structured, conscientious and independent working style
  • Analytical way of thinking, quick comprehension, strong communication skills, initiative, ability to work in a team and flexibility round off your profile
  • Very good German and good English skills
