Your tasks

  • Advice and support for users regarding the use of our application software for the best possible mapping of business processes
  • Analyzing and solving problems that arise or monitoring service providers during implementation
  • Customizing the software for new or changed requirements
  • Further development of applications or management of service providers during implementation (e.g. new workflows in the Comarch ERP system, adaptation of data entry masks in Salesforce or hooks in DMS d.3)
  • Training users in the use of new functions or entire applications
  • Managing small to large projects as well as simultaneous content-related, technical collaboration
  • Supporting the IT department in the maintenance of our infrastructure

Your profile

  • University degree in business informatics or comparable training in the field of IT
  • First professional experience in the implementation of processes in business applications
  • Enthusiasm for software, IT and technology in general and patience and perseverance for challenging tasks
  • Experience in working with relational databases, ideally also with SQL syntax
  • Basic knowledge of IT administration (MS Windows Server, MS SQL Server, network infrastructures) and programming
  • Knowledge of the most important ERP application functions (order processing in sales, purchasing or production and/or materials management) is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Very good German and good English skills
