Your tasks
- You will be responsible for the timely and attentive execution of production orders in accordance with valid documentation and training with adherence to customer deadlines.
- You will work in a production team to manufacture electronic, mechanical and optical assemblies and devices in a cleanroom environment.
- You will use specified tools, equipment and aids to fulfil orders, and monitor, control and operate systems/machines.
- You will carry out tests, repairs and rework (including optical cleaning) of raw materials, assemblies, and finished products in accordance with the specified demand and routings.
- You will support the continuous improvement of our processes and the production system according to the principles of Kaizen and ISO standards.
Your profile
- You have a qualification as technician, with comparable training or equivalent professional experience in the field of electrical engineering/electronics, precision mechanics/optics and mechanical engineering.
- You have very good knowledge of electronic assembly methods.
- You have sound experience in hand soldering fine-pitch PCB components and cleaning optics.
- You are familiar with Lean Manufacturing methods.
- You are comfortable working with an ERP system.
- You have basic knowledge of Microsoft “Office” software suite.
- You are able to focus on repetitive tasks.
- You are conscientious, quality- and customer-oriented.
- You have a structured and goal-oriented work method with a team.
