Your tasks

• Leading all types of projects in a multi-project environment: lifecycle management, customization and new product development
• Ensuring development according to defined processes in a cross-functional environment, incl. planning, controlling, reporting, documentation and risk management of the project
• Rsponsibility for translating challenging customer requirements and user stories into technical requirements, checking feasibility in the team and ensuring testability

Your profile

• Completed engineering degree in electrical engineering, computer science or computer engineering, or similar.
• Ideally experience in product development and know-how in the areas of software, hardware or production in the electronics industry
• First experience in the creation of project plans, requirements, risk management, leadership of cross-functional teams
• Enjoy contributing organizational and technical skills and always act in a solution-oriented manner
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment in order to convince in negotiations and coordinate project teams
• Enthusiastic, motivated and willing to take on additional technical responsibility
