Your tasks

Further development, implementation, and standardization of Global Inside Sales processes at all locations
Technical and commercial pre-sales consulting as well as professional support for national and international customers
Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of the existing customer portfolio
Offer management including pricing, approvals, offer tracking, and closing
After-sales support and contact person for the field sales team
Regular reports, status reports, and presentations

Your profile

Completed commercial training/degree or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in cross-border internal sales
Initial experience in project management in an international environment
Intercultural competence and ability to work in a team
High level of customer focus and commitment
Confident in using merchandise management systems, CRM systems, MS Office, and reporting tools
Very good German and English skills
