Facility Custodian (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for the efficient and regular implementation of our cleaning processes for our building in Stadtroda.
• In doing so, you identify possible need for optimization and implement it professionally in consultation.
• In addition to our offices, you will clean conference rooms, communal kitchens, stairwells, sanitary facilities and our production area (clean room) in accordance with the applicable hygiene regulations and standards.
• You will independently monitor the stock of all hygiene and cleaning products and, if necessary, forward them to the order notification.
• As the good soul of the house, you will help with the distribution of lunch orders and provide our staff with coffee. You are in charge of cleaning the dishes.
• You are responsible for waste disposal and separation.
• Occasionally you take on simple tasks at the reception (parcel acceptance, door opening).
• You support the preparation of events.

Your profile

• Ideally, you have relevant professional experience in building cleaning.
• You have a good knowledge of cleaning and care products and materials, a high level of responsibility and quality awareness and are physically resilient.
• You work independently, proactively and in a service-oriented manner. Diligence, organizational skills, reliability and punctuality are a matter of course for you.
• You cultivate an appreciative, friendly relationship with our staff and have an open, trustworthy demeanor.
• You enjoy your work and are a strong team player.
• You communicate well in German.
• A well-groomed appearance is important to you.
