Human Resources Generalist (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Your focus is on advising and supporting managers and employees worldwide in all personnel matters, especially in the area of sales.
• You will be responsible for the global recruiting of specialists and managers in a technical company.
• You will be involved in the optimal design and professional implementation of all HR processes relating to the employee lifecycle.
• You will work closely with all HR interfaces (e.g. Payroll, international HR network) and other internal departments.
• You act proactively as a consultant and coach with regard to the development of personnel in your area of responsibility.
• You take on independent HR projects and participate in larger cross-functional projects.

Your profile

• You have a degree in economics with a focus on personnel or human resources or a comparable qualification.
• You already have professional experience in human resources, especially in recruiting and personnel support.
• You have a sound knowledge of labor law and experience in using a personnel management system and working with Payroll.
• You are adept and experienced with Microsoft 365 (especially Excel) and have an affinity for numbers.
• You communicate very well in German and English and are interested in working in an international environment.
• Personally, you are characterized by your analytical and structured way of working, your sense of responsibility and your service orientation.
