You have operational responsibility for the process, content and results of the complaints process and the resulting potential escalation to suppliers.
- You coordinate supplier quality issues internally with R&D, Production, Total Quality Management, Purchasing, Supplier Quality Management and Manufacturing Engineering.
- You are the first point of contact for our suppliers and the internal interfaces with regard to quality issues.
- You accompany and support the supplier initial sample approval process as well as the global process and results of supplier selection and qualification.
- You coordinate quality improvement projects and measures for procurement items.
- You support supplier audits (audit planning, audit preparation, auditing and follow-up).
- You are jointly responsible for the company's own supplier quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 as well as for its compliance and further development.
- You collect and present coordinated quality indicators from the areas of production and purchased parts.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a technician in mechanical engineering, production engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering with several years of professional experience in quality assurance, incoming goods inspection of mechanical components and/or electronic assemblies and supplier complaint processing.
- Travelling to our national and international company locations as well as travelling to suppliers is no problem for you.
- Negotiation skills and intercultural competence in global co-operation are among your personal strengths.
- You remain calm and composed, goal-orientated and resilient even in situations with a high workload.
- You have a good command of written and spoken English.
